With our Master in Change Course, we would like to offer you the opportunity to further develop your confidence and competency in creating meaningful and valuable ways of working together in organisations while combining our knowledge of Organisation Development and Design practice with a solution—and resource-focused approach to support work (r)evolution.

Our alumni group has grown to over a 100 practitioners. It is a diverse group of in-company business leaders, HR professionals, cross-company project or topic leaders, coaches, team coaches, agile coaches, and OD consultants who use this knowledge within their organisations or as external consultants. With the Master in Change program, we are answering our Alumni group’s wish to offer a professionally supported way of deepening your knowledge after some years of practice since completing the Native in Change course.

In this course, we are building on the competencies of our previous students by bringing in participants’ practice via the cases they completed since the course ended and their current cases to support a deeper understanding of how to catalyse company evolution on a Master level by focusing on what went well so far and where you get stuck. Attending the Native in Change course at least one year ago is a prerequisite, so we can ensure you had time to apply the learning in your professional life.

By attending the Master in Change Course, you can:

  • Refresh and elevate together with other experienced professionals your Organization Development and Design knowledge with a solution-focused approach,

  • Explore the different ways how we can have an impact on company, community and work evolution by learning from each other’s cases and experiences from different fields and industries,

  • Learn from other participants’ real-life cases to get inspired and further develop your practice and confidence, and last but not least, to

  • Renew and refresh your educational background to apply or re-apply for the CODP certification.

But wait! There is more! Let us all Go Beyond continuous professional evolution!

Many countries, companies, and professionals could still benefit from this knowledge. You can also become part of the team spreading the knowledge. By obtaining your CODP Certification and attending this course, we plan to prepare you to start your journey in our Train-the-Trainer program enabling you to facilitate in the future the Native in Change courses. Attending this course and having a valid CODP certification will be a pre-requisite to becoming one of our Native in Change course facilitators.

COURSE STRUCTURE

The Master in Change course is a three-day program structured to offer the possibility of having the first two-day module face-to-face or in an interactive online, virtual course format. We are planning to run the program in Hungarian and in English, preferably starting with a face-to-face option, but it depends on our attendees’ availability.

It is a blended learning program. You will be advised to review the learning materials of the Native in Change courses (pre-reads, book suggestions, group works, and video recordings) on our Thinkific learning platform.

The Course is internationally accredited by EODF-ODF-ODC
